  • 2. Complete and execute Direct Debit Request and Payment Approval (V-Pay) Form. By completing and executing the Direct Debit Authority and Payment Approval (V-Pay) form you authorise direct debit of the following payments, which are described in more detail in your Provider Agreement:
    • Combined Booking Fee of 2.8% (ex GST) on the total Online Booking value at the time of Online Booking.
    • Distribution Fee at the Distributor Rate as agreed by you when you opt into a Distributor
    • Repayment by you of any over-payments.
    3. Once your Application is processed an email will be sent to you to create a new Stripe account or link your existing Stripe account. Stripe will charge a per transaction fee as detailed at https://stripe.com/au/pricing. An additional Credit Card Processing Fee of 0.82% (ex GST) is applied to each Online Booking utilizing the Stripe services.
